Bookings
We reserve the right to take a deposit for all bookings, including consultations. This amount may vary depending on the therapist or treatment and will be taken at the time of booking.
By scheduling an appointment with Kate Kerr London, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for adequate notice:
- Cancellations the day before your appointment will incur 50% of the treatment value
- Cancellations on the day of your appointment will incur 100% of the treatment value
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged at 100% of the treatment value.
As we allocate dedicated time and therapists for every appointment, last-minute cancellations leave gaps that we are unable to fill. This policy helps protect our team’s time and ensures we can continue providing the highest level of care for all clients.
We reserve the right to securely hold card details on file to secure your appointment and enforce our cancellation policy where applicable.
Arrival Times
We ask that clients arrive at least ten minutes before their appointment to complete any necessary registration documentation.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments. In some cases, late arrival may result in the appointment being cancelled and the cancellation policy applied.
Medical Information
It is important that you provide accurate medical information when asked. Kate Kerr London is not responsible or liable for any damage caused due to withheld information, or failure to follow the instructions provided by our staff.
Please inform us if you are pregnant or become pregnant, as your homecare regime and treatments will need to be adjusted to ensure your safety and the best possible results.
Consultations & Suitability
Some treatments may require a consultation and/or patch test prior to treatment. Where required, treatments cannot be performed without this.
As a results-driven clinic, we may recommend a course of treatments and/or homecare to achieve optimal results. Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Offers & Pricing
Promotional offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
